В МЧС России назвали основные запреты при использовании электросамокатов. Разъяснения опубликованы в телеграм-канале министерства.

«Запрещено: нарушать режим зарядки, установленный заводом-производителем; самостоятельно передвигаться детям до 14 лет; брать с собой пассажиров и кататься с детьми без установки детского сиденья или подножки; разбирать и модернизировать самокат самостоятельно; ездить в дождь», – говорится в сообщении.

Также в министерстве посоветовали при передвижении на электросамокатах всегда надевать шлем. «Правило "один самокат - один человек" закрепили в законе. За нарушение предусмотрен штраф», - отметили в МЧС.

По данным ведомства, в 2022 году из-за нарушения правил эксплуатации, неисправности зарядного устройства и самой техники произошло почти два десятка возгораний электросамокатов. В МВД ранее сообщали, что в 2021 году в ДТП с участием средств индивидуальной мобильности (к которым относятся электросамокаты) погибли 20 человек, годом ранее – семь.
