Администрация Сургута прокомментировала ситуацию с провалом асфальта у дома №8 на улице Дзержинского, рядом со школой №12. Напомним, ранее местные жители связали разрушение дороги с прокладкой коммуникаций к строящемуся спортобъекту и жаловались, что после работ ничего не восстановили.

Как сообщили siapress.ru в администрации, провал произошел из-за усадки грунта на участке, где ранее прокладывали инженерные сети для спортивного ангара. Ответственность за устранение последствий несет подрядная организация − ей уже направлено уведомление. Сейчас ведутся восстановительные работы, участок огорожен, утверждают в мэрии.

«Согласно условиям муниципального контракта подрядчик несет ответственность за устранение всех обнаруженных недостатков в течение пяти лет после завершения работ, включая нарушения благоустройства территории», − уточнили в сообщении.

Также в администрации добавили, что весной на месте проверят не только асфальт, но и другие элементы благоустройства − например, озеленение. В случае нарушений, подрядчик обязан все восстановить.
