Авария произошла в июле текущего года в ночное время. По данным следствия, обвиняемый ехал на автомобиле Chevrolet Klan по трассе «Тюмень-Тобольск-Ханты-Мансийск». В ту ночь были ограниченные условия видимости, однако водитель превысил скоростной режим, не уступил дорогу пешеходу и совершил на него наезд.

«В результате дорожно-транспортного происшествия потерпевшему были причинены телесные повреждения, повлекшие его смерть», - отметили в пресс-службе ведомства.
