Накануне, 2 декабря, на публичных слушаниях в Думе Сургута обсудили знаменитый недострой на перекрестке улиц Мелик-Карамова и Югорской. Предложение создать детский сад в многоэтажке вызвало много вопросов у горожан. Несколько раз объект переоформлялся на других собственников, однако ситуация никак не менялась.

Недостроенное здание, которое вновь планируют доделать, ждет повторная экспертиза в 2025 году, сообщили в «Сургутской трибуне» Ранее его уже обследовали − в 2017 году − однако, строительство объекта так и не возобновили.

«Судьба долгостроя на перекрестке ул. Мелик-Карамова и ул. Югорской. О чем будет речь? За этим прекрасным зданием находится два земельных участка, один под детский садик, другой под объект образования. На слушаниях горожанам будет предложено присоединить земельный участок планировавшийся под детский сад к недостроенному дому, с целью организации там парковки, а садик заменить «билдинг-садом» на первом этаже дома», − ранее рассказал в своих соцсетях депутат Алексей Кучин.

Напоминаем, что недостроенное здание остается неизменным с 2003 года. В 2018 году у владельца участка закончился договор аренды, после чего администрация города инициировала изъятие территории в судебном порядке. Далее власти пытались продать объект, чтобы решить проблему с заброшенной многоэтажкой.
