Участники проекта «Боевой кадровый резерв» провели 68 уроков мужества в школах и летних лагерях Тюменской области. Занятия прошли в Тюмени, Тобольске, Заводоуковском, Тюменском, Уватском, Нижнетавдинском и Ялуторовском округах. Их посетили почти три тысячи ребят, сообщил губернатор Александр Моор на личной странице в социальной сети.

Участники проекта рассказывали школьникам о мужестве, командной работе и взаимовыручке, показывали ролики с историями участников специальной военной операции, делились личным опытом, проводили интерактивные игры. Сценарии уроков участники «Боевого кадрового резерва» разрабатывали вместе с «Движением первых», педагогами и экспертами.

«Сегодня за внимание школьников мы конкурируем с социальными сетями и блогерами. Экран дает яркую картинку, но не дает поддержку. Ребятам важно видеть живой пример, который поможет сформировать верные ценности и ориентиры», – отметил участник проекта Даурен Елеманов.

Уроки готовили сообща: участники проекта, педагоги, психологи, историки и сами школьники. Для каждого возраста подбирается соответствующая программа. На занятиях показывают эксклюзивные видеоматериалы от бойцов, используют игровые техники. Главная мысль – о взаимовыручке, товариществе, командном духе.

Проект «Боевой кадровый резерв Тюменской области» – региональный аналог федеральной программы «Время героев». Его курирует губернатор Александр Моор. Проект запустили для ветеранов и участников СВО, чтобы помочь им проявить себя в государственной и муниципальной деятельности, в крупных компаниях. За ходом проекта внимательно следит губернатор, для ветеранов организованы стажировки.
