Ударивший полицейского водитель «Линкольна» из Нижневартовска отправится в колонию

Водитель «Линкольна» из Нижневартовска, напавший на автоинспектора, получил реальный срок. Мужчина проведет в колонии два с половиной года, пишет «Вестник Сургутского района» со ссылкой на данные картотеки городского суда.

Инцидент произошел в феврале 2023 года. Сотрудники Госавтоинспекции остановили лимузин для проверки документов у водителя. Находившийся за рулем 46-летний мужчина оказался пьян, прав у него не было. Полицейские предложили водителю пройти в служебный автомобиль, однако тот отказался, стал вести себя агрессивно и ругаться.

«Мужчина продолжал оказывать неповиновение, размахивал руками, повредил форменное обмундирование автоинспектора, после чего ударил локтем одного из полицейских по лицу. В связи с этим стражи правопорядка задержали злоумышленника и доставили в территориальный отдел внутренних дел», - сообщали ранее в пресс-службе регионального УМВД.

В отношении водителя «Линкольна» возбудили три уголовных дела, а его автомобиль отправили на специализированную стоянку.
