Сургутские приставы выслали из России десятки нарушителей миграционных правил — Фото УМВД Сургута

Судебные приставы Сургута выдворили из России 59 граждан ближнего зарубежья за нарушения миграционного законодательства. Всего за пять месяцев из Югры отправили за пределы страны 947 человек, нарушивших правила пребывания.

Решения о принудительном административном выдворении приняли суды. Нарушителей выявили благодаря усиленному контролю на территории региона и профилактическим мероприятиям, которые проводили сотрудники управления по вопросам миграции УМВД России по Югре совместно с территориальными подразделениями полиции.

Во время рейдов правоохранители проверяли места массового проживания и трудоустройства иностранных граждан.

«Усиление контроля за соблюдением миграционного законодательства — одна из приоритетных задач. Мы нацелены на обеспечение правопорядка и защиту интересов жителей региона. Каждый случай нарушения тщательно изучается, а решения судов исполняются в установленные сроки», — прокомментировали в управлении по вопросам миграции окружного УМВД.

Основанием для выдворения стали нарушения миграционных правил. Среди них — отсутствие действующих документов для пребывания в России, превышение разрешенных сроков нахождения в стране, работа без разрешительных документов, а также несоблюдение правил миграционного учета и регистрации.

Правоохранительные органы Югры продолжат профилактические рейды и проверки. Особое внимание уделят работодателям, которые привлекают иностранную рабочую силу, соблюдению правил миграционного учета и взаимодействию с общественными организациями и диаспорами для информирования мигрантов о правилах пребывания в России.
