Правительство Югры пополнит список профессий, запрещенных для мигрантов, с восьми пунктов до 23. Это следует из проекта постановления, который подписал губернатор региона Руслан Кухарук.

«Ограничения определяются с учетом региональных особенностей рынка труда. Сейчас иностранным гражданам запрещено работать по восьми видам экономической деятельности. Обсуждаем дополнение этого перечня. Мы должны занять консолидированную позицию», – ранее отметил глава округа.

В обновленный список войдут такие сферы, как здравоохранение, энергетика, очистка воды, образование и уход за детьми, приготовление еды, курьерская доставка, общественный транспорт, включая такси и автобусы, розничная продажа алкоголя и сигарет.

Также запрет затронет ремесленные профессии: ремонт обуви, мебели, часов, ювелирных изделий, услуги химчистки и парикмахеров.

«Установить на 2025 год запрет на привлечение хозяйствующими субъектами, осуществляющими деятельность в Ханты-Мансийском автономном округе – Югре, иностранных граждан, осуществляющих трудовую деятельность на основании патентов, по следующим видам экономической деятельности», − говорится в документе.

Ранее список включал всего восемь видов деятельности, такие как образование, общественный транспорт и розничные продажи.

До 13 декабря проект будет проходить публичные обсуждения.
