Капитальный ремонт в детском саду №47 «Гусельки» в Сургуте завершится до конца года. Об этом главе города Андрею Филатову сообщили представители компаний-подрядчиков, выполняющих ремонтные работы в дошкольном учреждении.

Капремонт детсада осуществляют две компании - ООО «Авалон» и «Югра регион сервис». Первая ремонтирует корпус №1, построенный в 1982 году. На сегодня готовность объекта составляет 80%, завершение работ запланировано на конец сентября.

«Работы ведутся с опозданием по графику. Но сформированы уже новые обязательства, так как обе стороны заинтересованы в исполнении этого контракта. Есть уверенность всех участников процесса, что мы завершим корпус к сентябрю», – отметил Андрей Филатов.

«Югра регион сервис» ремонтирует второй корпус садика, построенный в 1983 году. Срок окончания работ намечен на конец декабря текущего года.

Работы ведутся масштабные. Так, в первом корпусе заменены инженерные системы, фасад, ряд помещений, пищеблок, настроена автоматическая температура воздуха, установлена вентиляция в каждой группе.

Всего в двух корпусах – 660 детей, сформировано 16 групп. Воспитанники детского сада «Гусельки» переведены в другие дошкольные учреждения с учетом пожеланий родителей. Для удобства сургутян перевод детей из одной семьи осуществлялся в одно учреждение.

Этим летом в Сургуте приведут в порядок пять школ: №9 №32, №46, №5, №31, три детских сада: «Ивушка», «Калинка», «Гусельки» и учреждение дополнительного образования «Технополис». В числе запланированных работ: капитальный ремонт, благоустройство спортивных площадок, внутренняя отделка помещений.

Социально-важные объекты находятся под контролем представителей общественности, депутатского корпуса и Команды Югры.
