Сервисы проката электросамокатов увеличили до 150 тысяч рублей штрафы за некоторые нарушения. Наиболее серьезные санкции ожидают самокатчиков за езду в пьяном виде и ДТП, пишет РБК.

Повысить штрафы решили операторы кикшеринга Whoosh, «Юрент» и «Яндекс». Размер новых санкций составляет:

передача управления электросамокатом ребенку — 10 тыс. руб.,
поездка с пассажиром — 5 тыс. руб.,
неспешивание на пешеходном переходе — 1 тыс. руб.,
некорректная парковка (самокат оставлен поперек тротуара или вне зоны парковки) — 500 руб.,
управление самокатом в пьяном виде или причинение вреда здоровью или имуществу третьих лиц в результате ДТП по вине пользователя (на основании материалов ГИБДД) — 100–150 тыс. руб. в зависимости от оператора.

Речь идет о штрафах за нарушение правил, установленных в договорах оферты, которые подписывают пользователи при установке приложения. Суммы списываются с банковской карты, уточняет «Коммерсантъ».

По словам директора Ассоциации операторов микромобильности Ксении Эрдман, увеличение штрафов - «мера принудительного повышения культуры вождения и ответственности для нарушителей, которая поможет сделать электросамокаты безопаснее для всех участников движения». Она также отметила, что, по статистике операторов, «систематически и злостно нарушают ПДД и внутренние правила сервисов не более 1% от общего числа пользователей».
