У Федеральной антимонопольной службы (ФАС) появились серьезные замечания к «Яндекс.Такси» из-за ценообразования. Об этом заявил заместитель руководителя службы Петр Иванов в интервью «Известиям».

«Алгоритм ценообразования услуг такси также не раскрывается компанией в полном объеме. В настоящее время мы продолжаем анализ практик ценообразования агрегаторов такси, по которым у службы есть серьезные замечания к ”Яндекс.Такси”», – сказал он.

Петр Иванов добавил, что в связи с действующим до конца 2024 года мораторием на проверки IT-компаний ФАС временно ограничена в применении мер реагирования. Он также отметил, что в 2023 году служба получила более 300 жалоб от пассажиров и водителей «Яндекс.Такси». Они касались стоимости поездок и мер, которые агрегатор применяет в связи с блокировками.

ФАС призвала «Яндекс.Такси» снизить комиссию для водителей до конкурентного уровня, отмечая, что текущий уровень в 28% является слишком высоким. Это требование агрегатор пока не исполнил.

Ранее ФАС признала «Яндекс.Такси» доминирующим на рынке услуг заказа легкового автотранспорта в России, высказав опасения относительно ее практик ценообразования. Компания, в свою очередь, объяснила повышение цен дефицитом кадров, новым законодательством о такси и увеличением стоимости автомобилей.
