В России в преддверии новогодних праздников невыездными из-за долгов оказались свыше 5 млн человек. Об этом ТАСС сообщили в пресс-службе Федеральной службы судебных приставов (ФССП).

В этом году невыездных россиян оказалось на 3 млн меньше, чем в 2022-м. Тогда их число достигло рекордных за 15 лет 8 млн человек. В 2021 году выезд за границу ограничили 4,6 млн россиян, в 2020-м — 4,1 млн.

Согласно закону «Об исполнительном производстве», ограничить выезд за рубеж могут россиянам, которые не платят в срок алименты или компенсации при сумме задолженности более 10 000 рублей, а также тем, у кого есть долги по налогам, кредитам, штрафам и коммунальным услугам на сумму более 30 000 рублей.
