В Тюмени начнется строительство крупного логистического распределительного центра площадью 20 тысяч квадратных метров. Проект реализует торговая сеть продовольственных магазинов «Монетка». В строительство распределительного центра будет инвестировано более двух миллиардов рублей.

В 2022 году компания приобрела частный земельный участок, находящийся на Велижанском тракте. Сейчас идет проектирование и подбор генерального подрядчика, который завершится к концу 2023 года. Весной-летом 2024 года начнется строительство объекта, закончить которое компания планирует в 2025 году. В новом логистическом центре компания планирует создать более 500 рабочих мест.

Проект находится на сопровождении фонда «Инвестиционное агентство Тюменской области», который с момента заинтересованности компании в реализации инвестиционного проекта оказывает всю необходимую помощь и поддержку. Региональное Агентство принимало участие в подборе земельного участка, подведении инженерных коммуникаций, взаимодействии с органами региональной и муниципальной власти.

Данный проект не является единственным в области развития логистики в регионе. Подобные проекты отражают интерес крупных компаний к потенциалу Тюменской области в развитии логистической инфраструктуры.
