Сейчас, напомним, в ряде сервисов действует правило платного возврата товара, который по каким-то причинам не устроил покупателя. По закону «О защите прав потребителей», при отказе продавец обязан вернуть покупателю всю сумму, уплаченную за товар, при этом закон не говорит ничего о средствах за обратную доставку — именно ее маркетплейсы и делают платной.

В новом законопроекте предлагается внести пункт о некачественном описании товара — то есть если заказанные вещи оказались не такими, как описывались, их можно будет вернуть бесплатно.
